Expected better food. Service was lackluster with servers bringing us other peoples food as well several times.

I have always been pleased with our visit to this restaurant. Good food and on this visit during the week, its was very quiet since it was the week of Barrett Jackson auto auction in town.

Great experience!!! I had the paella and it did not disappoint me. The food was excellent, taste wise and presentation. Our server Erin accommodated us very well and she's very nice. Excellent service

Dinner service was certainly rushed. Filet was overly well done and couldn't even complain since wait staff was MIA until the check arrived. Appetizer and desert were great, but overshadowed by entree.

We went for our 32nd year anniversary and it was cool. Even though I put on my reservation that it was our anniversary, it was not acknowledged. The restaurant itself was not sexy and the seating wasn't comfortable. It was average and made me feel like I was at a buffet. The food was delicious. Everything we ate was awesome. The service was very good too. Our waitress was very attentive. We may come back just for the food but I prefer a more romantic atmosphere.

Paella was truly outstanding. Large one was more than enough for two. Heritage tomato salad with burrata was also exceptional. Service was great by a team of very welcoming staff. Our main server was very much instrumental in the making of a memorable evening!

We always enjoy going to Faro & Brag for brunch. Wonderful selection of breakfast food, including made-to-order omelets. Table service was relatively quick to clean up dirty plates. We will return.

Erin was our waitress and she provided excellent service. She suggested we taste 2 cabernet samples as we weren't sure which bottle to select. Overall our dinners were plentiful and delicious. The homemade hummus appetizer was the best we ever tasted.

Food was wonderful. Service by Ken was outstanding and he was very helpful with making suggestions. Had a great celebratory meal. Look forward to coming back.

The meal for 2 was brilliant and a great value. Loved the wagyu and the salad the most! Jennifer and Ken were a perfect serving duo. We can't wait to eat here again.

We really enjoyed having dinner at Faro & Brag. The food was absolutely delicious. The bread was made that day and so yummy. I enjoyed the Salmon dish cooked perfectly and my husband said his tenderloin was the best he had ever eaten - so tender. We didn't get to try dessert but I am sure their desserts were to die for. The presentations of the meals were beautiful. We had the best server and the ambiance was perfect. It was such a beautiful night so we walked back to the Villas instead of taking the shuttle. Definitely will be back!

Went there on a week night for restaurant week. Restaurant was not very busy. We both ordered the scallop dish for entree. Had to send them both back due to a strong ammonia odor (bad). We are in in our 50-60s and have never sent anything back at a restaurant previously. We re-ordered the chicken and steak entrees and they were decent. Appetizers and desserts were good.

This was our 3rd restaurant this week for Arizona Restaurant Week, the preceding two, Uchi and Vic and Ola's were wonderful! Faro and Brag is this hotels lobby restaurant and has the feel and decor of an 'upscale' Denny's. Although the waitstaff were very nice and professional the service was extremely slow. Food was just ok...the highlight was the bread boule which was served warm and delicious...although they didn't mention it was and extra $10. They also add a 20% service charge to the bill and have an additional line for the Tip, mind you we were a party of 2! I would only every eat here again if I was staying at the hotel and then MAYBE only for breakfast or lunch.

Late on reservations, out of appetizer, out of dessert, overall bad experience will not be back
