 A little confusing, figuring out how to get into the restaurant since the whole hotel is being renovated. We did walk by a few people who worked there when we walked in and they didn't try to help us figure out where to go to get checked in luckily enough, we did find the front check-in desk. We ended up going with a bottle of wine for the table. We asked our server for samples of two different types of wines. We probably didn't get those samples for another 30 minutes...
We had dinner at Faro & Brag at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa on a Monday night, and the restaurant was very quiet, which honestly wasn't surprising for a Monday. The food was good. Not Michelin-starred, but definitely enjoyable. My husband ate every bite of his steak, which says a lot, and the Greek salad was very good. The Westin is currently under renovation, so finding the restaurant was a bit of a puzzle. Better signage would have helped! Would we go back?...
I have always been pleased with our visit to this restaurant. Good food and on this visit during the week, its was very quiet since it was the week of Barrett Jackson auto auction in town.
