New York Bagels `N Bialys - SkySong

Lived in New York my whole life and these bagels are not even .. bagels. Bagels were SO dry and hard. Not only that but they just decide not to include bacon when ordering a BEC. Like actually what is this lol this place is a joke

Have been a number of times for breakfast and thought it was ok, a little pricey and there are places I like better. Someone suggested to me to try lunch items, so I did, and I liked it!

👍Tuna melt had a lot of delicious tuna salad and potato salad was very good.
👍 It has a pretty good vibe, the outdoor (dog friendly) patio especially.
👍Service Alex (female) was great! And I will say I have never had bad service here.
👍Lot of variety of bagels and bialys!

Still a little on the pricey side IMO but would certainly do again.

I walked in. I was completely ignored by an abundant of staff who were mad in their own little worlds. I understand that not all people are morning people, but when I say good morning or thank you then I kind of expect the same courtesy back. I said thank you TWICE and no one said anything back to me. They all ignored me. So, after I got my order I left. I am never coming back again. It was today 2/22 at 647am.

People saw me. No one acknowledged. This place is employing completely rude people. I own my own business and if any of my clients were treated the way I was treated today, they would be let go as it doesn’t align with my mission.

I am looking for a breakfast company to cater for my employee’s monthly, but u guess I’ll stick a different company to cater our monthly breakfast. They lost out on a huge opportunity today.

This restaurant is in a strip of restaurants along Sky Song. Not obvious from Scottsdale Rd side. There is a nice patio for all of them and lot parking in front. This restaurant has dine in and take out. Dine in service can be patio or indoors. There are sports game on the tvs. There is a sit down bar as well.

I had a lox bagel and my companion had the corned beef hash. The lox comes with cucumbers, tomatoes, and capers. It’s big enough to share. My companion was pleased with the corned beef, though not as thrilled with the curly potatoes. They’re a little awkward to eat rather than traditional hash browns. The only service issue was that I ordered a soda that didn’t get delivered but one of the other servers brought it to me. Although our server didn’t bring me a refill, he did eventually ask if I wanted one to go.

The food is good but $21 for a gluten free blt bagel with a side of fruit is too much.

$31 for two bagels with lox… brutal

Our sever was nice. Place was very busy with a lot of take out orders but had plenty of inside and outside seating. Bagel was ok. The home fires were odd so avoid those. All in all a serviceable breakfast for a good price.

Maybe this place is better for dine in, but I was not pleased with my takeout order.

Bagels are frequently old and stale if you order from door dash in the morning. Got a potato salad today with my stale bagel order and the potato salad had two hairs from what I can see. I haven’t examined the rest of it but that is disgusting and can’t eat it
Not to mention the potato salad looks and smells not great anyway

Yummy! Our table had a number of different dishes. Omelets, steak & eggs, eggs benedict, bagel sandwiches, and more. I had a spinach, feta, and onion omelet with potatoes and an Asiago bagel. The service was great and the food was enjoyed by everyone!! Great coffee, too! I highly recommend this lovely place.

Ordered a bagel and a monster with Door Dash and you couldn’t put the correct monster in the bag…..

I’ve been eating here for years so it’s obvious that I like the food. The problem I have is that 80 percent of the time they get my order incorrect when I order over the phone. Don’t get me wrong, it’s little things like wrong cream cheese, cream cheese on the bagel (when I specifically stated “on the side “). It’s just VERY FRUSTRATING! Today I found bacon in my vegetables. I don’t eat pork so I was LIVID!! However, I just removed it cause I didn’t have time to call and complain. This has been the case more than once and I usually don’t go back to a place after a few times of dealing with an issue. So I decided to do a review instead. This is also why I stopped tipping at this establishment. I tipped many times in the past only to find out that my order was incorrect. On a positive note, I think the food is good and the place is clean and cozy if you dine in. Just make sure you check your order before you leave whenever picking up an order

Came here for brunch and Tailen was an amazing server! Answered all our questions and when I didn’t know what iced coffee to get she was able to make one based on my preferences and it was great! Food was good, atmosphere very accommodating, and all of the staff working today were very friendly. They did great:)

Food was expensive and mediocre. Service was not very good at all. We wanted to like it but were basically ignored and when the food finally came out it was very bland for how much was on top of the bagel sandwich.
