Food was excellent as always and never have a problem there. Only down part was we were celebrating a graduation and anniversary and were asked twice about it and weren't provided with. congratulations or anything like I have previously there.

My daughter and I had the most wonderful daddy daughter dinner that we've had in a while. The yellowfin tuna was out of this world, the king crab bites and Wagyu Gyoza or top-notch top it off with wine and a couple of sushi rolls. It was a night to remember.

This is the third Nobu location we have visited and the ambiance at this location was the least appealing. The staff was ambivalent, not great and not terrible. The food was as expected at Nobu and very enjoyable.

Service was extremely awkward, they did nothing for a birthday celebration. And honestly for the price, the food was mediocre in my opinion. Beautiful restaurant, but would not go back

Hostess was not warm and welcoming you could tell she was stressed about how crowded it was. We sat at sushi bar. We sat for 10 minutes before we greeted and brought waters. Cocktails almost came out same time food did. Overall food and drinks were fine. The customer service was not on par of a restaurant of this caliber

To begin with, the hostesses are rude. They would not speak and instead would stare at you expecting you to read their minds. The service was very poor. We received our appetizer before we received the bottle of wine we ordered. The portions are very small and food is way over priced. We had to ask multiple times for our waiter in order to get our check. The restaurant seems to be a prime location for for young girls with old men. Definitely would not recommend!

It was a wonderful time in a beautiful restaurant. The decor and style fit the famous name. Service was very good and so were the cocktail. The food was great and lived up to the brand. My only complaint was the music was awful. It was barely music.

Service was fair. Could not hear my server very well because of the noise. Food was good. Expense to be expected for Scottsdale .Overall for it being my Birthday my experience was not any thing spectacular or memorable.

Not the best service, took forever for the waitress to take orders, get drink refills, etc. Food was outstanding I will say that. The rest of the crowd there weren't regular people like myself, they were all influencer/social media type people who were so consumed with their phones and taking pictures of their meals to post online it was hilarious. An expensive place to people watch but definitely interesting to say the least. Also relayed several times that my reservation was to celebrate a special occasion (engagement) and not one mention of it from the restaurant during our entire time there. What's the point of even asking what the occasion is on the reservation if there is no mention of it? All in all, food was great, service could've been a bit better but it was busy in there. Felt out of place as an "average Joe" dining there. Will not be dining again.

The server's rude and condescending attitude completely ruined what could have been a pleasant dining experience. His behavior was very off-putting that my party and I did not feel comfortable staying for dinner. It's disappointing when a restaurant known for its reputation fails to deliver on basic hospitality.

The service was the worst we've ever experienced. Our drink ticket was lost, this has now happened twice to us. Even though it is family style service, we did not have someone come by our table for at least 40 minutes at one point. We are here once a week and this was the worst service we've ever ever experienced.

Our server River blew us away, he was thoughtful, personal and displayed quality attention to detail without being intrusive. He picked out dishes for us and was considerate to our palette/appetite. The food came out with great time management/pacing with high quality ingredients. Our best dining experience in AZ so far.

We had a super nice waiter however the pacing of the food was INSANE. 4 of our group got the omakase....we sat for at least 25 minutes between courses...sometimes longer. For such an expensive upscale experience the slowness of it was absolutely absurd. And then we had to repeatedly ask for the check. In fact two in the group that didn't get the omakase went ahead and Ubered home. Not the best look for a first time at a super pricey restaurant. However the food was delicious.

Overall, it was a very nice experience. I highly recommend the lounge for a happy hour/early dinner. It was very beautiful and comfortable. The food was not only delicious, but also presented beautifully. We'll be back :-)

Absolutely amazing. We went for my birthday and had to bring our infant with us. I was concerned that we would disturb guests around us but they assured us that they encourage families to come and would kick anyone out who complained ( definitely not necessary ) I couldn't tell who was actually taking care of us because we had so many wonderful people coming up and making sure we were cared for and catered to. We did the tasting menu and everything was delicious. They personalized everything for us and each course was so fun for my pallet. They were amazing! Definitely a sweet night that was special .
