If you ever get the privilege of coming here and having Javier as your bartender and sever, you are in for the best experience. He is the sweetest, kindest guy and will take the best care of you. Nobu Scottsdale has been one of my favorite restaurants for years, and I couldn't imagine Nobu without him. Sit at the bar and ask for Javier.

Came for dinner and left with much admiration for the staff. We felt like we were well taken care, and everyone was very personable and thoughtful. We sat at the sushi bar and Casey killed it for us. Great suggestions, composure, and curation. Could not have been more pleased with the experience.

Visited Nobu Scottsdale last week with a group of girlfriends and loved the experience. The Japanese Bloody Mary, Salmon Karashi Sumiso, and Honey Toast with Passion Fruit were all excellent. What stood out was the chef’s willingness to customize my friend’s lunch bento to suit her preferences. Great food, attentive service, and a beautiful atmosphere. Would definitely visit again.
