They didn't start cooking the food until the cook arrived after 11 am. Then they didn't even give the right plates to the correct people. They were slow and late and didn't even apologize for the error and the long wait.

The place was getting slammed with customers today. The server (Billy, I think) did an amazing job working the front. He was still nice and friendly, smiling and upbeat under the pressure. Looked like everyone in the back was working hard. It took a little while to get the food, but considering the circumstances it's perfectly understandable. Food was hot and delicious when I got it. They may not see this review, but that's a team to be proud of.

This is my second visit to an Ono Hawaiian Grill location. They give you a lot of food. There is a reason I don't go more often, since I am mostly and naturally a vegetarian. But the curry chicken I bought hit the spot, was very delicious, and generally was solid food.

I ordered online. I thought this would give the store better timing and to be more efficient. However, ordering online, they give extra time allotted or I was just closer than what they prohect. I literally could have had my food quicker, had I just gone in and ordered it. 11 people placed their order and received it while I was standing there. On top of it, food was not as good as it normally is. I will never use the app again

Every time I've come in here everyone is incredibly nice! The food is always perfect. And for Christmas they decorated the entire restaurant the cutest freaking way. I come here quite often and honestly it just gets better every time.
