Chef J, what a delightful little Chinese restaurant and it's tucked away right here in our neighborhood. Their soups are so rich and flavorful and are seasoned perfectly - not too salty, and with good flavor that isn't covered up by excessive spices, just how I like it. I'm a regular for a reason, especially on the winter days.
The food was great! I was hesitant after reading the not so good reviews but decided on trying the food anyways and was not disappointed! The steamed pork buns were moist, had some kind of flavorful sauce to it. The siomai was very tasty and was the favorite. Tofu dishes and Chinese broccoli in garlic sauce, as well as taro buns are all vegetarian without having to be denoted so.
