Movie stopped with 20 minutes remaining. Manager (Nicole) came in and handed out vouchers. After spening over $250 on tickets, drinks, and food with no refund offered. Simply refunding the tickets (I'm not unrealistic) would have been reasonable and warranted. We will switch to Landmark at the Quarter. I recomend others do the same.
Very, very poor customer service. I purchased tickets online for a party of four for a movie the following day. Just before the movie start, the other two people in our group walked in two minutes while I parked and purchased two additional tickets not knowing I had already purchased all 4 of them. When I explained that to the cashier we were told they couldn’t not refund within an hour of the movie starting. I asked if movie vouchers was an option and surprisingly told no....read full review
Our waiter was great, customer service beyond that.. no. Food wasn’t good. Won’t be going back.
