Food is always great. The only thing that can make the experience better would be an automated response to notify you when the pickup order is ready (similar to grocery store notifications). I honestly believe they don't start your order until you come to the window to pick it up, which is incredibly frustrating when you have limited time for lunch. It defeats the purpose of ordering in advance and shouldn't be offered if you can't follow through.

I did a pickup order and it came out alright. There was no dressing until the last maybe 2 bites of my wrap. Also most of the “good” ingredients like hard boiled egg and sweet potatoes were all shoved into the end as well. Not to mention, one of the sweet potato bites still had part of the root on it. It was better than nothing but far from great.

Food is of all of their salad and go quality. Their service is so slow! I have gotten stuck on two different occasions waiting for over 10 minutes in the drive-thru line. All other locations are really quick
