Ordered Kung pao and chow mein chicken. They were just ok, not really authentic. Even though we confirmed that the noodle was egg noodle, it came out as wheat noodle, looking like spaghetti noodle. The taste is ok. Just not excellent. The ambience is a like a small take out place, yet the price is the same as other full Chinese restaurants in the area.
First time trying and I enjoy it. I got the pineapple rice with chicken. I also got the shrimp tempura, which I loved very much. I tried the coconut shrimp but wasn't expecting it to be fried. It was okay. I loved the strawberry berry lemonade drink, which was delicious. I definitely recommend China Basil
