We love soul and frequent it often for breakfast, as someone who is gluten free, I love that they have a unique variety of gf options. Try their hot banana bread, it’s amazing. My toddlers and husband love it and they aren’t gf. Everything here is amazing!

Beware if you medically need gluten free. Many items on the menu are designated GF yet are fried in a fryer that also is used to cook food with gluten. The result is the items that start out GF based on ingredients, end up coated in enough gluten to make anyone sensitive to gluten very ill. Atmosphere, comfortable felt relaxed.

Our server Hugo was great, he got the order correct the first time, and food was on the table quickly, hot and done.
