I've been hearing lots of good things about Stratta Kitchen, so my wife and I drove 45 minutes to try it out. After eating, I would have drove 3 hours. This place is absolutely beautiful, clean, great atmosphere, incredible food, even better people. Looking for a healthy, quick bite? This is the perfect spot. They have many healthy options that are good for your diet or if you have any specific food allergies. They have many options from salads, to tacos, to bowls. The sauces were amazing and vegetables were extremely fresh. I highly suggest stopping in for some food.

We are from out of town and hubby & I wanted something light & fresh. Stratta Kitchen definitely delivered! Everything on the menu looked delicious but we decided on the Fresh Ricotta cheese w/walnut Romesco and the Cali Coast Bowl with salmon & Moroccan Apricot Tahini sauce.
