I was looking for boba tea in the area and was actually hesitant to try it here because of the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised...we bought 3 different drinks and all were excellent. It was a little bit of a wait but drinks were satisfying and tasted great. Note that it is inside the restaurant on the corner, Hello Vietnam. We ordered at the front register and waited in the lobby for our drinks.
People in these reviews are haters… this is by far the best coconut milk tea I have had and truly I drank it all before I could even get a picture of it! Lovely lovely lovely!

Good prices, nice seating area, but they got my order wrong. It was only me and 1 other person there and they still got it wrong.

Worst, overpriced boba I've ever had in my life. Do not go here -- this is not a real boba place, it's just a restaurant that decided to sell garbage instant boba under a fake name. Paid $7 for dishwater overcooked boba. Nice people at the counter though.

Not a fan of the boba. Tea was alright, but the boba was overcooked and disintegrating, and they have seeds in their passion fruit mix which I'm not a fan of.
Used powdered teas instead of brewed tea but the service was good.

The place can be hard to spot from the road. If you go by the address listed, it will lead you to it. Be careful not to miss it because the name on the outside is Pho & Roll. Go on in; you'll eventually see that the setup is primarily a tea shop. But there are goooooooid options as well.I tried one of their signatureteas, the peach cantaloupe tea with rainbow boba. What a nice treat! So yummy! There are so many teas and options for add-ons available. No worries about parking. There are plenty of spaces. ?

First time there. Got the pork belly sandwich and milk tea for the kids and me. Best boba I've had. The sandwich was amazing. Will call this place my new home.... Wish they just updated their contact info . Website doesn't come up from google maps\ local, and phone number was like a cell phone greeting.
Wasn't a huge fan. Tasted like plain milk, with little flavor. Couldn't really taste tea or taro in my taro milk tea, and the boba wasn't very chewy either - like it was overcooked or maybe just old. Highly recommend going somewhere else, not worth the 6 dollars for a regular sized drink
So very delicious! One recommendation is with the matcha add a little more matcha to it. We will be back!
I went to this place for the first time and i was not impressed. First they got my order wrong, and i wasnt able to finish it. Second they dont really answer any questions. And lastly the coffee there is not that great. Sorry to be pestimistic but i thought this would be great based off of the rating.
Solid boba. Interesting spot - attached to a restaurant. Had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised, better than Mochinut's boba and comparable to Koko.
