“Its been a while since I've been to a place like this, I saw the signature Bandera Burrito and the picture I took cannot do enough justice to how fresh and filling it was. There's a ton of filling and topping options so this was especially made for my taste.
The decor is really nice as well and feels right at home with simple tables and seats inside the restaurant.“

“We had a delightful evening on the patio. The service and food were excellent. Be sure to try the corn and poblano quesadilla. We all ate the Rita's Burrito Bowl prepared as we wished - for me double pinto beans and no rice with chicken. The only not delightful thing was having to pay $20 for a confirmed table on the patio when there were only 2 other diners on the patio.“
“Went to Chico Malo to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and everything was outstanding! I noted in our reservation the special occasion and everyone at the restaurant made sure to give my husband birthday wishes - so special. Our waitress Brittney was next level and gave us excellent recommendations. The food was nothing I can even describe it was so unbelievable and I am dreaming of when we can go back. Then to top it all off Brittney brought out sparklers and the most delicious bowl of ice cream for desert to celebrate my husbands big day. Highly, highly recommend this restaurant!! Five stars is not enough.“

“It was OK. Not bad, not amazing but just OK. Service was pretty quick and I would go back but there are local taco places that do amazing tacos, this just isn't one of them. Again it's ok, just not amazing..and there are amazing taco places in Arizona.“

“This was a great experience tonight. The food was good, drinks were on time and the service was very good. Slight mix up on our table kiosk but we're immediately helped out by Steven who is a manager here. He appreciated our honesty for telling him we had the wrong check and after he corrected it, he helped us out for being honest and took a good percentage off for us. Thank you Steven! And Anya our server was quick to be here for us when we needed her to be. Thanks again! We will be back!“

“Excellent experience today and so appreciative of Gage!! Went in for a birthday lunch today with a friend and my daughter. The level of care we received from Gage, the manager on duty, and the others who stopped by our table was unmatched! Gage is next level and my friend and I both agreed we needed to write about it on Google and on Yelp!“

“I don't think the 2 most recent reviews are truthful. I eat here once a week. This is an amazing taco shop. They way they make your food to order is awesome. Like chipotle but actually good. You order they turn around and make your burrito/tacos and then move down the line of toppings/salsa.Every vege and sauce is soo flavorful.They even have pickled onions!I could have just reported them but that doesn't show how wrong they are. Below are WHY they are inaccurate, or just lies.The most recent, said they used a microwave. Which no, they do not, you order, they turn around and grill.The 2nd one is just inaccurate; the way they described ordering isn't correct with how this restaurant does it. You order what you want any they turn around and make it before moving down the line for toppings. So you don't even sit down before getting your food.“

“I was amazed at how delicious the tacos were. My fish and shrimp tacos were crispy and seasoned perfectly whole the tortillas were soft and delicious. The portions are huge. The staff was too notch! If you are looking for great food, a great atmosphere that won’t break the bank, please look no further!!!!“
“My son and I went yesterday, everything we had was very good; so good we went back today. Unfortunately, we both wanted carne asada burritos, but they told my son they we're not making them today! Maybe they we're out of tortillas. We will definitely be back tho!“

“So overall it was cool. An odd start that finished beautifully. Our waitress and manager were awesome and attentive to us. The hostess could benefit from more training in customer service. I recommend the Triple Dipper and the chocolate molten cake which was on the house per our wonderful waitress. It was packed so that's how you know it's a good spot to try.“
