“Rita’s was a great experience! I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and we were not disappointed! They sat us right in front of the water fountain where the live music was, and it was beautiful. The music wasn’t overpowering at all and the musician was so good! We shared the chips and guac trio and both got the waygu burger and agreed it’s one of the best burgers we’ve ever had. The cheesecake was also incredible. Food was great, service was great, and the atmosphere was perfect! We definitely plan to come back.“

“Love love love this place! They are so good to me when i bring my kids, they take the time to help situate them with me (twin stroller, iykyk) They are so sweet with bringing out all the mandarin oranges and french fries for these little picky toddlers and all the servers and staff have been so so sweet every time i come in! i appreciate that when going to a restaurant! it's not easy going out with 3 under 3, so when you find a place that treats you good and not a burden it needs to be praised! Plus all the food is good!“

“Was very busy but it didn't take long to get seated or get our orders. Good meal out.
Kid-friendliness: Noisy on a Saturday evening but there were plenty of kids in the place. They have colouring/puzzle sheets to keep the kids busy while they wait for their food.

“I don't think the 2 most recent reviews are truthful. I eat here once a week. This is an amazing taco shop. They way they make your food to order is awesome. Like chipotle but actually good. You order they turn around and make your burrito/tacos and then move down the line of toppings/salsa.Every vege and sauce is soo flavorful.They even have pickled onions!I could have just reported them but that doesn't show how wrong they are. Below are WHY they are inaccurate, or just lies.The most recent, said they used a microwave. Which no, they do not, you order, they turn around and grill.The 2nd one is just inaccurate; the way they described ordering isn't correct with how this restaurant does it. You order what you want any they turn around and make it before moving down the line for toppings. So you don't even sit down before getting your food.“
“Never been to Phoenix area before and wanted to find a very local authentic restaurant. We found it....Cocina Madrigal was exactly what we were looking for...We actually sat at the bar since there was a short wait for a table. I was here with a college friend who lived out of the state also. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. We had the combination Taco/Burros/Tamales/Enchiladas...Our gracious bartend/waitress suggested the perfect way they should be prepared. All the employees were very friendly and make you feel incredibly welcomed. Highly recommend and we will return when we are traveling through Phoenix..“
“My son and I went yesterday, everything we had was very good; so good we went back today. Unfortunately, we both wanted carne asada burritos, but they told my son they we're not making them today! Maybe they we're out of tortillas. We will definitely be back tho!“

“I was amazed at how delicious the tacos were. My fish and shrimp tacos were crispy and seasoned perfectly whole the tortillas were soft and delicious. The portions are huge. The staff was too notch! If you are looking for great food, a great atmosphere that won’t break the bank, please look no further!!!!“

“Our server Maya was amazing! We’ve been to this location several times and have never been treated so well. She was attentive, predicted our needs, and was kind and friendly. Even while getting sat larger parties during their Sunday lunch rush, she made sure our experience as a party of two was exceptional.“
