Highly recommended! We were looking for a nice place to have our anniversary dinner while in Scottsdale on vacation. The food was excellent (fillet and short rib lasagna), the service was great (O and Michael are the best!) and the atmosphere is pure Italy. Everyone should add this stop to their list when in Scottsdale!
Had a great experience at Italiano. I had the filet, while my business associate had the spicy rigatoni. Both dishes were very good, although I felt the filet was a bit overpriced for what it was (8 oz) for $58.
That said, The Italiano is definitely Chef Joey’s best concept. Great atmosphere, solid food, and an overall upscale dining experience. Definitely worth checking out.

Such an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious—everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The drinks were phenomenal and definitely a highlight of the night! 🍸🍝 The customer service was also outstanding; Nico and Giovanni were so friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. From the food to the drinks to the service, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend...
