Wendy's in Scottsdale

“I only dealt with two staff members. However, they were both incredibly friendly and professional. One of them was the manager, and, by the way that he acted and took care of the other customers and me, I think he might be at least part owner of that particular franchise. The food was good, as usual. Service was absolutely 5 Star!

“I'll tell you what the management there pretty hot. Not just the hot fresh food but I mean the attitude and determination they get the food out with that sassy walk and style

Vegetarian options: They can make all of their combo meals meatless. And they don't charge for toppings so I can have an extra stuffed vegetarian burger

Parking: It's in a Walmart parking space lots of parking around

Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals so it's definitely kind friendly“

“I decided to read the reviews and the amount of dissatisfaction is alarming. My personal dissatisfaction has been in the undercooked french fries. They come out virtually mushy, not firm enough to scoop the Frosty from. Burger King down the road has consistently better fries, but I don't want to go to separate locations so I sometimes have to deal with crap fries or no Frosty. Wendy's even advertised improved fries, but there was no change. It's certainly a possibility that the individual restaurant has failed to comply with corporate instructions, but it doesn't matter, if the product is deficient when we customers receive it. Until I read the plethora of bad reviews, I was seriously planning on a visit to the drive thru. I want a Caesar salad, but now I can't trust it to be a fair purchase.

Parking: Parked close to entrance. Easy short walk with cane.“
