“If you want a fun evening with great dining and drinking, then this is the place for you. Ask to be seated in Jessica’s section for a great dining experience with a personable engaging waitress. You’ll want to personally compliment the general manager Austin on the incredible selection of whiskey - He found my favorite Coal Ila scotch up on the top shelf behind other bottles! We enjoyed outdoor patio seating with a beautiful view of the DC ranch plaza“

“We stop by when we are in Scottsdale. Came in on a random Wednesday (7/9) afternoon, and to our delight the fabulous Patrick James Jr. was performing great country covers. There was a small crowd in the bar. The bartender (sorry, didn’t catch his name) was friendly and efficient. Seemed to be having a great time with his customers. We overheard him talking about the vault behind the bar. I love the decor, and the seating is comfortable. I’m sure it’s impossible to get a seat on Friday or Saturdays though! We only grabbed a drink here, so I can’t speak on the food. For the music, vibe and bartender, 10/10. We will visit again next time in Scottsdale!“

“Definitely something different, loved the newspaper menus. The cocktails were true to theme (China Town) and even the mocktail was delicious!

There is a 4% staff benefit charge added but you can ask to take off (according to the receipt)“

“I have Eaton here tons of times and I always come back every time I’ve come back. It’s been a different menu. This particular evening I’m here on a Valentine’s Day date and it’s a three course menu. The whiskey bar is fantastic hundreds of options. Absolutely delicious. Make sure you bring your appetite. I’m also pretty sure I’ve reviewed this place but maybe I was wrong.“
