The manager Ammy was rude and snotty, she was very unprofessional and unaccommodating. The restaurant was not busy and we were given old cold wings that had been sitting there. Asked for Garlic Parmesan on some wings and it was only Parmesan and just a little sprinkle on each.We visit a lot of wingstops throughout America and this was by far the worst manager and experience we have had. We will never give business to this location again thanks to Amy's bad attitude and laziness. Two thumbs down ??

If I was to give this place zero I would. This place is hands down has the worst customer service very rude it took 35 minutes to get my food I get it they lady gives me my food thank god I looked in the bag they had one order in there when I ordered 3 things of 10 piece wings plus had no fries in there I ask here where is the rest of the food she looked at me and said what other food I told her I ordered two other things of wings and she said oh sorry we forgot that will take anther 25 minutes I smiled and said can I just get my money back and she said nope we don't money back I almost went off on her instead I left with 1 ten wings never go to this place at least this location

I’ve been ordering wingstop on door dash for the last few months on a weekly basis. The sandwiches are always consistent and delicious. Their to go packaging is key so the food doesn’t get smashed. Their fries well done are on point and ranch dressing is top notch.

Absolutely atrocious service and they nickel and dime you. Wanted a 5 piece tender but you can only get one flavor. So got a 7 piece so I could get two flavors and we also got 15 boneless wings. Had to pay $6 for 4 ranch cups since we didn’t get meals it wasn’t included. Every employee there seemed completely miserable as well.

We waited 15 minutes for our food and there were no one else in the restaurant at the time. When the food finally arrived, it the fries looked amazing, fully cooked and crispy the way I like them but when I took a bite it was very salty. The fries were terrible, salted heavy handed and inedible. The wings were also over salted and spiced. Worst wings and fries we’ve ever had!!Save your cash and go somewhere else. The only good thing was the self serve drink machine. We had to refill multiple time to wash away the salt.
This place is a joke! Was welcomed with “ do you have a pick up order” I said no I need to place an order. Was completelyIgnored! Then they proceeded to ask everyone else if they had a pickup order and helped them. I stood at the register for 10 minutes with two girls just ignoring me from the kitchen. I left! Your customer service is a joke !

Horrible experience, ended up sitting in the restaurant for an hour after my food was supposed to be ready because the worker at the desk gave me an incorrect time. After a ridiculous waiting period, got home, ate, and then found hair in my large ranch.
