Yama Sushi House - Premium AYCE Sushi

We visit this place in June, 2026, and highly recommend for who wants to eat high quality sashimi and sushi. The fish are very fresh and tasty, no smell at all. For the sushi, the portion of the rice is optimal, not too much or less. Pretty nice like luxury sushi place.

Staff are very kind and they visit table quite often to check our needs. We paid for buffet, it was really convenient to order different food often.

There are many menu for kids. We ordered ramen and meats, which can eat easily without any trouble, it was quite great. Less than 6 years old, they are free. What a nice option.

We will definitely visit this place again. Thanks.

We did the all you can eat, which we found priced quite reasonably. The food quality was good as was the service. We found the restaurant clean and quiet. Definitely will return in the future.

Anna was phenomenal! Very sweet and had welcoming energy that made our first experience here all the better. Portions were great, we were able to order just about everything on the menu! Food was fresh and came out very quickly! Its a bit of a drive for us but we will definitely be coming back here, its such a beautiful location and everyone was so nice!

Winnie was our excellent waitress and it was my first time at Yama. I came for lunch on Father's day with my children. My kids are not quite familiar with sushi yet and I was having a hard time understanding the AYCE vs the standard menu. Winnie and her colleague explained how everything works and then I understood how to order. Sushi was fresh and tasty! We thank the entire Yama Sushi House gainey ranch staff for serving us a great Father's Day lunch. We will be back soon! Blessings, JS

Great little gem, do the all you can eat if you try this place!!
The staff was friendly and professional, the food was fresh and delicious. There are plenty of appetizing options for nearly every palate. We loved the experience and will be going back with friends!

I had an incredible experience with the staff, especially the manager, Mike, who I worked with the most. He was incredibly helpful when I was planning a party for my girlfriend. He communicated promptly, gave great advice on what to serve, and was honest and straightforward not trying to oversell me on things I didn’t need. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.Beyond that, the food was phenomenal! Can’t wait to dine in next.

Great sushi spot with solid quality and good variety. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and satisfying. Service was good and the ambiance was nice, just slightly busy when we visited.

All you can eat sushi, shashimi, appetizers, and dessert for $40!! Better than anywhere else in the valley. The quality is unreal! I'll be returning ASAP! The service was phenomenal, Winnie did a great job.

Stopped by for lunch and ordered from the menu rather than the AYCE. Between the service, food, and prices, the experience was fairly average.

It’s a shame because the atmosphere is great; the space is large with plenty of seating and a nice bar area, but the substance just wasn't there.

Mike and the rest of the team were so amazing for our group of 11 (bachelorette party)!! It was not easy wrangling the cats, but the food came out correctly and quickly and it was so freakin good! Thank you Yama!
