One of the best sushi spots in the area. Their happy hour and lunch specials are amazing. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and I love the menu for their simple rolls made with high-quality fish. If you're looking for consistently great service, and quality sushi without anything overly complicated, this is the spot!
I first heard about Yasuo Sushi as I was a big fan of Sushi Vibe in Uptown Phoenix plaza, which I think is owned by the same people and they advertised Yasuo on the shared menu. Once I moved to Scottsdale, Yasuo was much more convenient.
My family and I love their sushi, beer, rock shrimp, spicy edamame, etc. When my parents visit, they always want to go to this place at least once, if not more.

All of the dishes were exceptionally clean, fresh and delicious!!
The staff were very friendly, you could tell the chefs cook with real professionalism and care.
The interior was modern and clean, creating a calm atmosphere.
It was fairly quiet, but still comfortable for conversation.
