Look this is Sedona, and I live here. If I need to pay 10 bucks for a beer, why would I go anywhere else? The service is exceptional by any standards, but even better considering this is Sedona. I showed up on my birthday day, did not tell anyone I was coming, and somehow they knew and treated me exceptionally. A trip to Sedona would not be complete with our a dinner at Broome and Orchard. Food was amazing! That was quite possibly the best NY strip I've ever had! Service was exceptional! The view was brilliant!
This was my first ever visit to Broome & Orchard. My overall experience was amazing. The service was prompt and excellent. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The environment was fun and I loved the live music. As for the meals, I enjoyed the following: the roasted brussel sprouts with bacon, the NY steak, the salad (which I forgot to remember the name), and the red velvet cake.

Broome & Orchard is a very nice, new restaurant with an amazing, heated patio offering beautiful, peaceful views of the mountains, creating a great atmosphere. The food is good, yummy, amazing, absolutely delicious, and often comes out fast. Notable dishes include the delicious Wagyu Beef burger, a big Wagyu smash burger, the Grilled Galbi (marinated beef short ribs with kimchi, aioli, and pickles), a buffalo chicken sandwich, a chicken season salad, the 100 day aged filet mignon, and the salmon. For dessert, the cheesecake and skillet cookie are yum. The restaurant is accommodating for dietary needs like a Gluten allergy. Happy hour is a win, and the Whispering Angel rosé is highly recommended.
Service experiences vary significantly. Many servers are described as excellent, fantastic, attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and providing great service, with some offering complimentary treats like mango sorbet for special occasions. However, the check-in and host experience can be very disappointing. Some staff are described as not very friendly, rushing guests without a smile or warm greeting, and displaying a curt, shocking attitude with poor basic customer service, including a lack of eye contact or thanks. This inconsistency is a noted drawback, though the management is encouraged to provide more training. Additionally, be aware there is a 3% charge for using a credit card. Despite service hiccups, the wonderful food and beautiful view make it a highly recommended dinner spot.
