We happened upon PJ's after hiking in Sedona. Wanting a less crowded dining experience than downtown Sedona. We drove to the Oak Creek area & found what seems like a local favorite, PJ's. I stopped into PJ's to watch my college basketball team play while getting dinner. I selected the roast beef sandwich with au jus. It was outstanding. Lots of delicious lean roast beef with au jus that was flavorful and not salty. Piping hot generous portion. Topped that off with a 16 ounce Pabst Blue Ribbon beer for three dollars! Searched best dive bars in oak creek and pj's came up first, glad it did, we were really craving something less pretentious than the Sedona scene. We were not disappointed, great staff, great atmosphere, good beer selection and reasonable prices. Next time we're out that way will go again for sure.
