Andrew the GM was astounding. Knowledgeable, Professional, Personable! Oyster are East Coast which is our favorite. Drinks were reasonably priced and the appetizers were noteworthy. Highly recommend and I hope the owners know how lucky they are to have Andrew!!!
We were so surprised it wasnt busier, this must be a hidden gem that hasn't been discovered yet. Food and service was excellent. The deviled eggs are a great starter, the breakfast potatoes are amazing and I really liked that the tomatoes in the tomato and mushroom omelet were on top and not cooked in the eggs- I find that makes it watery. My daughter really likes the chicken and waffles too
Went inside to order take out, sat at the bar and had a drink. Loved the atmosphere and service was great. My husband had the burger with onion rings and loved every bite. I had the Salmon belly Shushi and the Japanese Black Cod! Both were just what I wanted. Excellent! A sweet waitress at MOLE recommended Shorebird to me when I asked about a good Shishimi restaurant.
