Fantastic outdoor lounge with fire pits and shade. Indoor lounge is comfortable. Starbucks at the bar. And plenty of screens to watch the game.

We came because my wife needed a nice place to work with good internet for a few hours. The barista was super cool and gave me some great recommendations. Sorry I forgot his name, local guy.
