Enjoyed delicious dinner and drinks overlooking resort pools and water features and beautiful landscaping with red rock views from the patio of this restaurant.
My wife and I spent one night at Polo Diablo one the way from Vegas to Santa Fe. The facility is just days away from closing down for at least a year while the new owners completely renovate the resort. We made a commitment to return when it reopens. The site has great potential.
