thank you to James for the extra steps you take to manage the store
It was not difficult to give this place 5 stars. Honestly, the food was piping hot. The pizza was delicious The chicken wings were good. I feel like the sauce on the garlic. Ones was just kind of poured on there.BUT.. We ordered a 3 meat pizza. Pizza WITH peppers and onions. She repeated our order and still forgot to put peppers and onions on it. But being that we're not from that area, we didn't know in time to go back and have our order fixed. So five stars for food atmosphere,...read full review

Little Caesars Pizza has a fantastic crew, with standout team member Chelsey providing excellent service and warmth to all customers. The staff's attention to detail, like calling customers about topping shortages, is commendable. Matt also paid good attention and kept the kitchen clean, showing appreciation when orders were running a little late. Some customers have experienced issues with the app not updating order statuses accurately, leading to longer wait times. Despite this, the restaurant is known for its exceptional service. Mathew has been noted for being super helpful and friendly, especially when customers accidentally order at the wrong location. The restaurant stands out for its inexpensive pizza, and kids love this pizza. The app makes ordering and pickup easy, although some customers have mentioned that "hot & ready" does not always work as expected. Overall, Little Caesars Pizza offers a welcoming atmosphere and good experiences for regular customers.
