“Came in today for ice cream. The place was a zoo! The young ladies running the counter were polite and very efficient! And I appreciated them being kind enough to get another scoop for my gluten free ice cream without even asking! The ice cream is DELICIOUS and you can tell it’s homemade! They also have several gluten free pastries and desserts as well. Great job and I highly recommend this place.“

“We ordered an order to go. Told it would be ready for pickup in 15-20 minutes. Arrived in time, went to the order to go pickup sign and stood there for 15-20 minutes. 5-6 gals, all behind the counter and not one asked me if they could help me. A lady came in, behind me and was served right away. Then, a family and again, order to go right way. That’s when I said that’s enough and she grabbed my bag which was already ready and off I go. Manager needs to take control of that restaurant…“

“Stopped here while on a bus tour. Excellent food and service. Plenty of atmosphere appropriate to a family-owned restaurant. Everyone liked their salmon or beef. Great apple pie. Recommended.“

“The food is very good, a little pricey. Nice atmosphere and the have the Cowboy Channel which I enjoy watching. It just added to thd theme and let me enjoy my favorite channel while I ate. The food will not disappoint. I highly recommend the fried Ribs they are delicious!“

“The portions are decent. Good quality is good. They have an amazing hot chocolate. I don’t get the hype: it’s a great restaurant, but in my opinion, not good enough to justify waiting 1/2 hour for a table, or illegally parking on the dollar store property. I’ll eat here in a heartbeat if I’m hungry, I drive by, and the parking lot isn’t overflowing. Unfortunately those stars seldom align.“

“In town visiting family, came in here after a great experience first trip to get 4 coffees for the family. Mike greeted us, and within 5 seconds of looking at the menu said "I'm here until 5, and there's a line of people behind you. LETS GO". We started ordering immediately, and got a VERY visible eyeroll with each order. The "line of people" hadn't entered the building, was only three people and we had been at the counter at this point less than 30 seconds.We chose to walk out at this point. Sad that I had to write this, but the experience we just had was shockingly bad. Hopefully Mike's day gets better.“

“Great place to visit with friendly dogs and kids. Huge fenced area around the building. Delicious beers, liquors available. The sausages are so tasty and cooked to perfection. Lots of sauce choices, although I didn't care for any of them.
I do wish they would let you purchase just the sausage without a side or if you buy one add a second.“

“Loved it. Have been going here for years, starting out with the one on McDowell many years ago. Hadn't been in a little while, busy life. Went today & had a very delicious pizza with pepperoni. It was excellent as always. We also love the bread with the butter that's served while we're waiting. Atmosphere is great, love the flags on the walls, very clean & we didn't have to wait very long for our pizza. The only bummer was that they didn't have our favorite Cerreta's mints for our dessert. We were told they were having a hard time getting them & we always looked forward to having them after dinner. This place is one of our faves.“

“My family and I dined at Pinetop Brewing Company this weekend, and I’m so glad we did! The craft beers were delicious, the food and portion sizes were amazing, the service was fantastic, and the music playing was the best. The whole place was a vibe! Great job y’all!“

“We do recommend El Patron but we had a bad experience recently. My wife and I picked up an order to go consisting of Chicken flautas and Enchilada a La Crema chicken. We had to throw everything in the trash because the entire order tasted like fish. It was absolutely disgusting and very disappointing because we have had good food there before. In fact, El Patron is normally our go to in Pinetop. Luckily, we only ate a small amount and did not get sick.“

“Alberto’s in Pinetop not only has great food (their chili rellano burrito is crave-able) but they also have amazing deserts! I live in Show Low and will DoorDash my food from the Pinetop Aliberto’s because it is just that good!!“
