Consistently good food. Medium spicy is about right for me, not so hot that you can't taste anything but still has a bit of a bite to it. Veggies are always good, cooked until tender but not soggy. I've had Thai food in places all across the country and have to say that this is one of the best. I think it's because they have a limited menu each day and aren't trying to do too much. I gave it 5 stars on Atmosphere because of the owner, fun to talk with while you're waiting

Very disappointed this evening. We haven't had the food since last year and tonight, Sept 18, 2025 decide to get us some good Thai food. Hubby went at 4:50 and the business was closed, when it should be open. 😢

I am not joking when I say this place is AMAZING! When I first saw all the 5 star reviews mt husband and I were both like okay but the best place in show low probably still won't be very good but no seriously this is the best Thai I've had in years. So amazing, we already decided on our road trip home to make sure we stop in showlow again to hit it one more time. Really flavorful, fresh ingredients, beautiful to look at and the owner is a fun guy! I only wish they had some picnic benches to eat there outside but really it's wonderful.

I knew this was going to be great but was still pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. Service was fast and both owners were very Iovely and friendly. I definitely recommend coming here. Make sure to bring cash, and a sun hat if you plan to find a spot nearby the creek. I got the Kom ka gai (coconut soup with lemongrass, chicken, mushroom, and parsley). Yummy!

This is without a doubt the BEST Thai food I’ve ever had. Which is surprising because you wouldn’t think a little trailer could produce such amazing food. WOW

Hands down absolute best Thai in the state! Run by a really cool and friendly couple, the cook is actually from Thailand and she is an amazing Thai chef!!! Can’t say enough good about this place. It sucks it’s just a food truck so no real place to sit and eat out of the elements, which are nearly always bad on the mountain. But, they are saving for a proper restaurant location/building, so please do go and try some very authentic Thai food and support this awesome husband and wife pair trying to make a go of it on the mountain!!!👍

The absolute BEST Thai food in the White Mountains!
Everything is home-made with the freshest ingredients, and it's prepared and cooked with LOVE to perfection.
I love the Red Curry Chicken (the Green Curry is also excellent), and my girlfriend loves the Cashew Chicken. The Pad Thai Chicken is delicious, too!
If you love spiciness, ask for at least a Level 3 (I personally find Level 7 just right, but I love to feel the burn until I sweat, my face turns red, and it feels like a miniature Sun has taken up residence in my stomach).
If you can snag an order of Mango Sticky Rice, you'll have the best Thai dessert ever. And wash it all down with a Thai Iced Tea. Mmmm, perfection.
