About a year ago, I was experiencing the worst day of my life and failing to hold myself together in public. Several Baristas, including their Manager, all embraced me and just let me cry it out. I’ll never forget their exceptional kindness. Needless to say, I’m much better now, and come back to this location often to read, sip, relax. Thank you for representing the Starbucks brand so wonderfully in our small town! <3

The drive thru here used to take 20 to 30 mins every single time, but recently its been the fastest drive thru in the wild west. I notice it could be because of the young man named Chris at the window, if I got his name right, but whatever the reason super greatful, keep uo the good work guys!
I have never waited so long to get a drink. Apparently the drive thru orders get done first even if you are in the store before them. I watched someone come in after me, get ser ed and leave before I finally asked if I was going to get my drink and no they didn't order in the app. Worst service I have ever had. I was here for 5 days, same experience. I will go to Panera when I get home

Normally when I come here my order comes out pretty good, idk if the girl is new or something but I don’t think I’ve seen her before. Anyways, this was my drink this morning without taking a sip, she literally left at least two inch’s of my cup unfilled.

Use to be pretty good drinks but its clear the are only focused on quantity not quality 3 days in a row coming here because im visiting from out of town and this is the last day i will be going to this one had to dump my drink out it tasted so bad

I had to request the lady to make a new drink because it tasted moldy. She said she didn't understand because it would come out the same. She made another, but it was the same. She then asked me if I wanted to change it. I told her not to add lemonade this time, and it came out good. She wasn't nice. I'm thinking of not going back to that one.
