The drive thru here used to take 20 to 30 mins every single time, but recently its been the fastest drive thru in the wild west. I notice it could be because of the young man named Chris at the window, if I got his name right, but whatever the reason super greatful, keep uo the good work guys!

I have never waited so long to get a drink. Apparently the drive thru orders get done first even if you are in the store before them. I watched someone come in after me, get ser ed and leave before I finally asked if I was going to get my drink and no they didn't order in the app. Worst service I have ever had. I was here for 5 days, same experience. I will go to Panera when I get home

Normally when I come here my order comes out pretty good, idk if the girl is new or something but I don’t think I’ve seen her before. Anyways, this was my drink this morning without taking a sip, she literally left at least two inch’s of my cup unfilled.

Use to be pretty good drinks but its clear the are only focused on quantity not quality 3 days in a row coming here because im visiting from out of town and this is the last day i will be going to this one had to dump my drink out it tasted so bad

I had to request the lady to make a new drink because it tasted moldy. She said she didn't understand because it would come out the same. She made another, but it was the same. She then asked me if I wanted to change it. I told her not to add lemonade this time, and it came out good. She wasn't nice. I'm thinking of not going back to that one.

The baristas here are so friendly and wonderful! If something isn't right they fix it!
We always get coffee at this particular store. Most of the time the coffee is excellent. So, no complaints about the way our beverages are made. Although, sometimes the person taking our order can cop a slight attitude. And, ya know who ya are, sir. :-P Lol! Worth mentioning is the fact that they know me by name whenever I walk in to get my usual drink. Also, their snacks/sweets are yummy!!

Staff was kind and helpful. However, my order was not correct. I ordered a pineapple cloud cake and a cinnamon dulce creme. For those who may not know, a “creme” at Starbucks is just the steamed milk with no coffee and you can add the flavorings. Every Starbucks I’ve been to has been familiar with this terminology. I don’t drink coffee due to religious reasons. However, when I ordered this the cashier seemed confused. I explained it’s just steamed milk with the flavoring and no coffee. He responded with “oh so like a decaf latte?” And I misheard and thought he said “a half latte” to which I said “yes” because a latte is milk and coffee so I thought when he said “half latte” he was saying the milk half. When my order was up, it was missing the bakery item (easy fix no problem) and my drink contained coffee. I realized that he probably said decaf and not half so that’s why I didn’t complain. It was partially my mishearing and his misunderstanding.
So for future reference, a “creme” is just milk no coffee with the flavorings.

This Starbucks has become my temporary office ?. The crew at this location are the best. Friendly, helpful and kind.
