I went in this morning and some girl by the name of Jesie helped me. Her customer service was amazing! I didn’t have any complaints on my sandwich she did everything perfectly. Probably my most favorite store in the white mountains
Best service I have had in a long time. Typically we go to the Pinetop location, but we were doing some shopping and decided to go to the park pine way location. I’m a complicated person when it comes to having my sandwich to my perfection, and Jessie was absolutely wonderful on making sure everything was to my liking! She was patient while I tried deciding what toppings I wanted and offered me to try a different condiment on my sandwich and it was amazing! Highly recommend...read full review

The lunch time crew is great, fast and efficient. The evening crew not so much. I had a mobile order that said it was ready and I went in to pick it up only they hadn’t even started it yet. I waited 20 minutes (it wasn’t even busy) and the sandwiches came out hard as a rock.
