The customer service and food quality here have been on a drastic decline the last several years. We used to love coming here. Now, it's a dreadful experience. After the craptastic treatment by one of their employees tonight, we won't be giving them anymore chances or anymore of our hard earned money. Do better.
went there the other day to have lunch and was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. even though there were only about 10 customers in the entire restaraunt, we waited patiently. during the next 20 minutes we watched about half the customers finish their meals and leave. we could hear the staff in the kitchen laughing and socializing loudly. once someone finally did appear from the kitchen, I had to flag someone down to ask to be seated.
