Disappointed. Ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich with BBQ, but the chicken was overcooked and dry, the lettuce was slimy, and the bun was stale. Had to throw it away and just eat my fries. When I asked for a manager, I was told there wasn’t one on duty and was given a phone number instead—really? As someone who’s worked fast food, I know there should always be a manager on shift. Hopefully, they improve after the rebuild, but I won’t be back anytime soon.

As much as I love the burgers, they really are the best, I absolutely CANNOT stand the guy who sings the jingle on TV. If I can't fast forward I have to mute it so I never actually see the commercials. I really hope someone from corporate reads these. PLEASE get someone else to sing it.

I had great hopes! The Whopper is Nostalgic! I asked for a lot of lettuce & a little bit more mayo. I ordered my Whopper thru the drive thru after 9 in the morning. My hopes were dashed! My Whopper was a Hockey puck. No extra Lettuce. No extra Mayo. Pttttttttttttttttthhhhhhhh!!! Burger King has to step up their game because of Subway & Popeye's! I did not have it my way!! Rookie Move! I just came from Physical Therapy, I did really good there....my choices after were lackluster! Ohhh the fries were hot! But the Diet Coke & Whopper were 2 Thumbs Down!!!
Welp, they're just opening back up, but they never have sweet tea made (no matter what time of day you go). When asked why is it on the menu if they're not going to ever have it? To which there's no real response other than the staff laughing. The food is okay, but nothing that I just have to have.

So this is the third week in a row that we have dined at the Burger King in Douglas. We have been dining at this store for as many years as we have the Bisbee and the Sierra Vista Burger Kings and yet..... we have never had an unpleasant experience, poor service, nor bad food in the Douglas store. Ever! And most of the bad experiences in Bisbee and Sierta Vista were centered on wrong orders, bad attitudes and lack of concern for the customers' satisfaction. A few weeks ago in SV I had to hear the manager disparage one of the customers that had just left the store in front of her younger subordinates. The young cashier tried to de-escalate the ridiculous power struggle her manager was having with me as a customer for merely asking for the manager's name, not the #, the name. I wish every employee who witnessed that exchange realizes that no manager anywhere should ever talk to a customer in that way nor refuse a higher ups info, even just a name for better documentation purposes. I want to thank the cashier who conducted herself with professionalism. Unlike her manager that day, she looked as if she took the time before work to be presentable. It matters. Hopefully the owners will realize that renovations are not just for buildings, the quality of the customer service in both those locations is in bad disrepair. Kudos to Douglas!

NO. After opening up a year later with a new renovation, I figured the Whopper would be hot and super delicious! Wrong. The food was cold and it sucked. Do not eat here or you'll waste your money. Now, I'll be going back to making my own hamburgers, which are super delicious!
