Impossible Whopper is my go-to for a convenient Vegetarian meal. Hits the spot, and I like I can order “cooked fresh” on the app, or modify however need be. Service is usually quick and pretty friendly!

The wait time here is absurd, especially doing doordash. It's literally more worth it to ignore burger king doordash orders and do 2 or 3 orders than to sit in the lobby for 20 minutes while they make chicken nuggets and a soda.

Why does the lobby almost always close the dining room early? I walk and cannot go through the drive threw..I was here at 945 and the doors are locked when the sign clearly states that the lobby is open until 10 pm.

This is the rudest and most unfriendly BK i have ever been to. The people working in there were more interested in talking to their friends then helping out the customers. I ordered a cheeseburger with chicken fries and the burger to be cut in half. When i opened the package there was mustard and mayo all over the wrapper and the burger was cold and the sandwich was not cut in half and on top of all that it was sloopyly put together. Im sorry but i do believe that more training of these people are needed and i do believe that even the managers need to be trained a little better and maybe put a little more care into what they are supposed to be doing.

Disappointed. Ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich with BBQ, but the chicken was overcooked and dry, the lettuce was slimy, and the bun was stale. Had to throw it away and just eat my fries. When I asked for a manager, I was told there wasn’t one on duty and was given a phone number instead—really? As someone who’s worked fast food, I know there should always be a manager on shift. Hopefully, they improve after the rebuild, but I won’t be back anytime soon.

As much as I love the burgers, they really are the best, I absolutely CANNOT stand the guy who sings the jingle on TV. If I can't fast forward I have to mute it so I never actually see the commercials. I really hope someone from corporate reads these. PLEASE get someone else to sing it.
