I have never heard of a fast food establishment close at 6pm... The worker there ( I assume he was the only one) was very nice but I have never before spent 30 minutes in a drive thru when there was only 1 other car in front...
I recently visited Burger King and had a good experience overall.
The wait in the drive-thru was a bit long, but the employee at the window apologized for the delay and was courteous, which I appreciated.
The food came out hot and fresh, and everything tasted good. I especially enjoyed the hash browns. It was also nice that they included plenty of napkins and ketchup packets without us having to ask.
Overall, a solid visit...

decent burger king that has nice employees and is pretty clean most of the time i am there.
food quality is not too great but you can get it pretty cheap with coupons
