Always use drive through. Almost never get napkins and today I ordered a side salad - no fork. Not everyone goes back to the office or home to eat. Please include sauces, napkins, and utensils.
The guy cashier at the drive-thru during lunch has zero customer service and is rude in my opinion. I've been to drive through four times with him as the cashier and he never says anything just puts his hand out for my cash or card and when he gives it back I say thank you and he doesn't say anything and shuts the window. I like this Burger King. It is usually very clean and has good service. Last Sunday, I went with my children to get a free cookie with a coupon they had. Since it is on-post, there is less traffic on weekends so they have less staff and do not prepare all menu items in advance. In my case, cookies. They do not usually make them on weekends.
