Use to recommend this restaurant all the time because of consistently being able to get fresh actual HOT fries but new crew and management, no more actual HOT fries. Luke warm at best
Excellent service. Food was very good. Located in the Exchange food court. Depending on time of day, parking will be an issue, so plan ahead.
Went to the fort and we all elected to do Charlie's. All the sandwiches were great and the prices were reasonable for what we got. I wasn't thrilled with the loaded fries, but that's just me. We will certainly be going there again.
