“I like this Burger King. It is usually very clean and has good service. Last Sunday, I went with my children to get a free cookie with a coupon they had. Since it is on-post, there is less traffic on weekends so they have less staff and do not prepare all menu items in advance. In my case, cookies. They do not usually make them on weekends. However, the Assistant Manager took the time to bake two cookies for my kids. In an age where getting people to work and do their job, this was exceptional service. Thank you.“

However, the order fulfillment process encountered inefficiencies, necessitating multiple repetitions of the request due to a lack of attentiveness from the employee. Furthermore, the level of verbal engagement was minimal, and it was necessary to specifically request straws and napkins. Despite these areas for improvement, the establishment remains a positive experience overall.“
