well my favorite go to food place really dropped the ball . ordered 2 grilled breakfast sandwiches and when we got them the bread was not toasted . sent back to be redone about 10 minutes or more later sandwiches come back out . still not toasted too hungry to wait se we ate them as is . not very happy so next time we went to arbys for a great meal . apparently things are changing at carls and doesn't seem to be for the better . hope this gets fixed we go there most all the time...read full review
Your manager, Joel is a REAL Super Star! This young man makes things RIGHT when there are order issues. The other manager on duty Tuesday June 29th couldn’t have cared less. She shuffled me off as fast as she could to Joel. Thanks Joel! You saved lunch!
