I always have such great experiences at Chile's. The food for me is always on point. The service is always attentive in the atmosphere is just comfortable, although it's very cold in there, it's still a comfortable feeling atmosphere
RACHAEL gave us excellent and attentive service. The three for one specials were great, one in our group liked the Santa Fe Chicken salad. The staff seemed to be very efficient, and team work oriented bringing food out from the kitchen. The inside was clean and comfortable. At one point, the music became too loud. We asked RACHAEL to please have it turned down as we had to shout to talk, likewise other customers. We were so appreciative that it was turned down! Thus, lunch...
For my taste, the chicken sandwich and the fries were over salted. The beef fajitas are always a safe choice and these are the menu item that would bring me back. As beautiful as the dessert presented, it was too sweet for me. The service was attentive, didn’t hover or crowd, was friendly, and received a 40% tip for the service.
