The food is really good but the service is sub par. I asked for ranch dressing for my fried ocra and never got it. Once when I ordered and again when she brought out the meal and she didn’t have it. Also, she never asked to refill drinks and I was dying of thirst. This is AZ after all. Too many customers not enough servers.
Andrea is the gold standard of service! She is incredibly attentive, anticipates your every need before you even have to ask, and consistently maintains a warm, welcoming, and positive attitude that makes every dining experience special. Menu is quite extensive with options for everyone. Really enjoyed the seasonal strawberry shortcake with real vanilla bean ice cream.
Sure, we had to wait for our food, but it wasn’t anything outrageous. We arrived around 11:15. It’s 11:53 and we’re ready to go. The food was really good. I chose the senior breakfast as we’ll be eating an early supper. The syrup was warm, the butter not cold and hard, bacon cooked perfectly and the coffee was good. Comfort food at its finest. The staff was friendly, and we will definitely return.
