8/18/2026 We arrived with our appetites ready. We talked the day before about having some pancakes, which is a rare occurrence for me. We ran an errand, and then we decided on Country House for those pancakes. We walked in and we were seated immediately. Our server, wish I caught her name, greeted us and took our drink orders. She then grabbed our food order and refilled our drinks. Not too long later we were enjoying those pancakes. Our service by our waitress was excellent....
The food is really good but the service is sub par. I asked for ranch dressing for my fried ocra and never got it. Once when I ordered and again when she brought out the meal and she didn’t have it. Also, she never asked to refill drinks and I was dying of thirst. This is AZ after all. Too many customers not enough servers.
Andrea is the gold standard of service! She is incredibly attentive, anticipates your every need before you even have to ask, and consistently maintains a warm, welcoming, and positive attitude that makes every dining experience special. Menu is quite extensive with options for everyone. Really enjoyed the seasonal strawberry shortcake with real vanilla bean ice cream.
