All of the food and service is completely fine, but can we please stop with these ridiculous slices? It was funny the first time. But now it happens EVERY time. Today 2 of my 3 pizzas were cut this way.
Look, I had to be a Karen. I had an issue with my pizza and made a complaint. I just wanted someone to see that my extra sauce pizza had little to no sauce. They not only saw it, they called me. I forget the gentlemen’s name maybe Brandon I’m not sure. He was very professional and understanding, he offered me some grace and gave me a pizza on the house. I ordered the pizza at a random time on another day so they wouldn’t be prepared. When I got the pizza, man I could smell...
I ordered my food for curbside pickup, and waited for almost 40 minutes until I went inside and my order was there. I saw on their counter that my order was just sitting there for 20 minutes.
