I stop almost every day for a couple of donuts. I walk in, rarely wait in line, and always get great service. People who complain about waiting, long lines, or the app need to get a life.

I’ve been to this Dunkin’ location a few times, and the experience has been inconsistent.

There are often long wait times, even when it doesn’t seem very busy. Sometimes there is a delay before they even take your order, and service at the window can also be slow even when food is already ready.

On a couple of visits, items were missing from my order (a donut once and a kolache another time), which is something that should be checked...

This review encompasses my three visits over the past two weeks. I have been coming here for several years, but stopped six months ago due to inconsistencies. When I do order, I always order and pay via the app with pickup inside before I either leave my house off post or from my work place on post. My expectation is if I place my order after the morning rush during a NON-BUSY time 5 minutes before I leave my location that my order will be ready when I get there 15 minutes later....
