Awesome supper

The restaurant had a nice ambiance and the staff were friendly. Food was decent, though some dishes took a bit longer to arrive. Overall still a good experience with room for improvement.

I was really looking forward To a meal at Indochine based on the reviews. I arrived around 7:45 and was seated quickly. There were three other parties eating. I was waited on immediately ordering the Vietnamese beef with rice. The cubed beef was flavorless and tough, the rice tepid and lumpy, the salad had nice selection of greens and almost no dressing. Sadly, about half way through the meal a women started sweeping the floor flicking the broom as she swept.i said nothing until she approached my table. I asked her to stop nicely because she was inadvertently sweeping dust into my food. She looked at me awkwardly, and I explained that they did not close for another hour And asked if she could simply delay, sweeping and mopping the floor around my table until I was done. She rolled her eyes and stopped sweeping for about five minutes and then resumed. Maybe their other dishes are better, but given the quality of the food and the service I will not return. Professional Restaurants do not sweep the floor when people are eating their food a foot away.

I ordered noodle soup and braised pork. The lady server didn’t even said that I ordered two kinds of soup. While eating we asked for extra chili paste and she looked at my husband like we’re not supposed to have any. Food is okay but atleast tell the customer what they are ordering. Make suggestions and be accommodating.

Very disappointing. Chicken fried rice ($14) with hardly any chicken or flavor. Egg rolls ($9)good though. Wouldn't go back .

The food is always good, and the girl that took the order and check me out, seem very genuine and friendly. I’ve had only take out and the same thing every time, but it’s been great so far.

I hope they get more staff! Must have not realized how much of a hit they are. Full house but *really* ~short staffed~ tonight. I was there for their amazing ragoon for my kid and we decided not to wait- nevermind we were inspired to make them at home, so they still had our family tonight!

The food was amazing! We both had a bowl of soup(I had pho and my partner had the seafood) and shared the lemongrass beef with rice noodles.

What a lovely place this is. We literally ran into it by mistake when we were trying to go to a Japanese restaurant and missed our exit we turned up in here. All of us in the car agr3ed that we would just stay here and try it.

It does not look like much from the outside but from the inside this is a lovely little place serving authentic Asian dishes. We love place like this -Where the people who own them also are the host and cooks. The put all their effort on the line to make it happen and really work for holding on to clients. If I lived here I would be a regular.
From the moment we sat down we noticed the hostess was running around; meaning that she was wearing a lot of hats.
So we began exploring the menu and found what we like and then just waited. We were I no hurry so time waiting would not be an issue.
As we waited we also explored their little gift shop table. It had a lot of crochet nic-nacs; we bought some!

I looked around for cleanliness and I could tell this is a proiry for them. One of the employees cleaning the base board as I headed to the bathroom. Wow! It was as if they knew I would be noticing. The bathrooms were also clean.
One thing I would say is that the tables are too close to each other I could not go in or out with the people behind us. I would recommend to rearrange the sitting layout.

When our food came. It smelled amazing!! I was so excited to see my family's food. I for one had to stick to a healthy choice dues to some dietary changes I had to make.
At the end we loved it! I think it belongs as a top 5 in sierra vista. No wonder they displayed a award in the bathrooms about being number 1 un 2021! I would agree with that.
I just wish the parking lot was t so cramped but other than that this is a solid restaurant!
