Just wanted to make sure you guys know the last two times I ate from their your lettuce tastes dirty and old

The managers are mean and put too much on the new hires while they sit and watch instead of helping or trying to teach them I've had to let the poor girls working the counter that they are doing a good job despite the other girl (i usually see the girl with glasses and orange hair standing in a corner watching) there not helping I have heard so many bad things about some of the management form people who used to work here and people who actively work here. The main manager hires mostly people she knows prior and it shows beacuse when the managers are at fault they don't get any repercussions for making mistakes on orders or just standing around while the store is full leaving only one person- usually new hires- in charge of taking orders and making the sandwiches. They also dont wash the pans that they use to make the cookies and bread (its the same pan!) I don't recommend going here unless you want to deal with rude managers and shift leaders and possibly dealing with chocolate in your sandwich bread. Hope this helps someone rethink who they have as an employee.

Had to wait 8 minutes to purchase one water cup for 3 bucks. Two employees but only one helping customers. When the girl making sandwiches asked for support the other girl told her she would finish was she was doing then get to it.

Excellent service and great food! Madison always makes us the best subs! And she's super friendly! This girl deserves both a raise and a day off! We will be back for sure!

Best place for lunch. We stop here once or twice a week when working in town and sandwiches are top notch. Restaurant and restrooms are always clean. Friendly staff that seem happy with their jobs always makes it a pleasant experience. Outstanding service from Rayne and Ryan. A+

Madison and Rayne went above and beyond and had my five giant BLTs out in less than 10 minutes and the store is always clean and has a great environment

First time here. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The sandwich I ate was delicious and the staff who weren't working in the back sweeping and cleaning things there were out on the floor sweeping, wiping down tables, and cleaning the glass. I am extremely impressed. I love sandwiches so I'm definitely making this one of my go places when I'm I'm town.

Food is good, but sloppily put together. They need to pay attention to the customer in front of them, not every new customer while working on a current sandwich.
