Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered 70 box lunches for an event. The assistant manager, Rein, was extremely accommodating, even putting names on every sandwich and box!
The lunches were delicious and a hit with all attendees!

I am 71 years old and have never been to Jersey Mike's . . . until today. I honestly don't know why I've never been to one. I've always gone to that other well known sub shop. I was so pleasantly surprised. I think a Jersey Mike's sandwich is superior to the ones at that other place. The meats are sliced fresh right there in front of you for every sandwich. The rare roast beef and provolone I had was delicious and the staff was very friendly. So, next time I feel like having a sub sandwich I will definitely look for a Jersey Mike's!

Try the Philly chees steak with chicken too. Great hot sub and the flavor is great. Dont order a hot sub if they are busy unless you have 30 minutes to wait.

Updated Review:
The last couple of times we have gone to Jersey Mike's the quality seems to have gone down a bit. On our last visit, they gave me the completely wrong sandwich. And on the previous, it was just less than fresh ingredients. This is not what we have come to expect from this location and it has sadly deterred us from returning. I've lowered the star rating as a result.

We've been to Jersey Mike's quite a few times, my husband stops there for lunch on work days when he's in town.

Tonight we split the Giant Philly cheese steak with mushrooms which was savory and delicious. Both girls working were friendly and helpful. Rayne had excellent customer service! When I told them we were splitting it they offered to wrap the halves separately and even checked how we wanted it cut. They didn't mind putting the onions and peppers on the side for us.
We added Mayo to ours and it was so perfect. Sorry, there are no pics we ate it all on our drive home haha.

The lobby wasn't busy but the workers were. The place looked clean and tidy as usual and the staff seemed genuinely happy to help us even tho I couldn't remember the number of the sandwich I wanted.

We've had the California club (one of our favs), the big Kahuna, and most of their other sandwiches at some point. The root beer and cream soda are pretty yummy too.

I also love that you can get the sandwiches as a bowl if you don't want the bread. I've done this and it's still quite yummy and filling.

We've had some minor inconsistencies depending on the time of day we go in, but for the most part, we've had good experiences. Tonight was one of the best and we needed it after a long day. Thanks a bunch!

Just wanted to make sure you guys know the last two times I ate from their your lettuce tastes dirty and old

The managers are mean and put too much on the new hires while they sit and watch instead of helping or trying to teach them I've had to let the poor girls working the counter that they are doing a good job despite the other girl (i usually see the girl with glasses and orange hair standing in a corner watching) there not helping I have heard so many bad things about some of the management form people who used to work here and people who actively work here. The main manager hires mostly people she knows prior and it shows beacuse when the managers are at fault they don't get any repercussions for making mistakes on orders or just standing around while the store is full leaving only one person- usually new hires- in charge of taking orders and making the sandwiches. They also dont wash the pans that they use to make the cookies and bread (its the same pan!) I don't recommend going here unless you want to deal with rude managers and shift leaders and possibly dealing with chocolate in your sandwich bread. Hope this helps someone rethink who they have as an employee.

Had to wait 8 minutes to purchase one water cup for 3 bucks. Two employees but only one helping customers. When the girl making sandwiches asked for support the other girl told her she would finish was she was doing then get to it.

Best place for lunch. We stop here once or twice a week when working in town and sandwiches are top notch. Restaurant and restrooms are always clean. Friendly staff that seem happy with their jobs always makes it a pleasant experience. Outstanding service from Rayne and Ryan. A+

Madison and Rayne went above and beyond and had my five giant BLTs out in less than 10 minutes and the store is always clean and has a great environment
