I ordered an order for pickup. I went to the location and grabbed my order and forgot the drink. I didn't have time to go back since my lunch was already over. I called them and they said they'd bring it to me. Lawrence brought it shortly after the call even though they didn't have to do that. It was my error, but they went out of their way to make it right. 5 stars for Jimmy Johns!

We ordered sandwiches for pick up. The order was wrong, I paid for double meat and pickles and did not get either. I called and talked to the manager. He was Soooooo professional and gave me choices of what I could do. Have the order remade, pick up missed items or a refund. He told me it may take up to 48 hours for a refund. It took 2 hours, he was very sweet and I have even more more respect for Jimmy John's management. We have had delivery from JJ's many many times...

Used to love ordering from here. Delivery seems to be getting slower and slower though. Took 40 minutes to get two sandwiches delivered within 2 miles of the store. "Freaky fast" was the main reason I ordered from here, so....
