The customer service is excellent, which makes the experience even more pleasant. However, for those unfamiliar with the concept of pricing by weight, it can be a bit complicated without proper signage explaining the process. Unfortunately, the prices were not clearly visible, which could cause confusion for some customers. Despite this small inconvenience, I would definitely return for the delicious yogurt selection and the friendly attention of the staff.

"Sierra Vista's Best Frozen Yogurt"My wife and I have enjoyed our stops here and will continue to come here whenever we're in the mood for froyo ?. They have a decent selection of froyo, toppings, and condiments. I've experienced decent-great customer service here and have no issues or complaints. So far, my favorite flavor is the Carmel Dulce de Leche. I enjoy mixing this flavor with French vanilla and a wide variety of toppings (blueberries, strawberries, oreos, etc). Great experiences overall, and I would recommend any and all looking for a cold treat!
