Ordered two sandwiches and both were not what we requested, though the receipt was correct. I am not confrontational and after trying to get it resolved, we just took what they gave us and left.

Worst McDonald’s ever! It is always the wrong order. For example, I will order chicken strips they give me McNuggets. And the annoying thing is that today we went in the drive thru and ordered. We get our food and then we’re looking for the cheeseburger and they didn’t put it in the bag or didn’t make it. We paid for the cheeseburger and this is unacceptable. We asked for 2 plain hot & spicies and 1 regular and all of them were plain. Now we don’t even know what expectations to have. Are they just now gonna put it in the bag like they did today. Or are they gonna give us a filet o fish instead of a cheeseburger. I don’t like McDonalds when they give us the wrong order or don’t put it in the bag. WORST MCDONALD’S EVER! Never coming back!

I ordered a bacon and egg and cheese biscuit with extra cheese meal from the drive thru. There were no other cars in the drive through just my car.I think it was a #5. They gave my bacon egg and cheese meal with my in the bag along with my soda. When I got to work I was already to enjoy my meal. I looked in my bag, no hash browns. I was disappointed.

If I could do -5 stars I would. I place my order inside and my receipt said 2:10....I got our food almost 40 minutes later and that was after I inquired about it twice. Then they messed up the order and I had to go back to the counter and wait another 10 minutes. This was absolutely the worst experience I've had. I am a local and spend a lot of money in there. I spent just shy of 50.00 there today with my grandbabies.

After avoiding McDonald's because of my past poor experiences, my craving for a big Mac made me give in. I should have stayed away. Even though I ordered a Big Mac meal and paid $11.40, I got 10 of the worst tasting Chicken Mc Nuggets and the fishiest tasting french fries, ever. I should have remembered why I had stayed away so long. Thanks for refreshing my memory on what a dismal experience dinning at McDonald's has become.

Shame on me for not checking my order but with antsy kids I just wanted to get home. After waiting over 20 minutes in line for our food I get half of a large fry, a missing apple juice, only 10 of the 20 nuggets ordered and all the food was cold.

Ridiculous. 1230 in the afternoon and I get a cold burger (cheese so old it is already hard!) Cold cold fries and some stale chicken nuggets. Its flippin' lunch time! Do better! SMH. How are yall still in business!?!? I knew I should have gone to Culver's!

Been going here a couple of years. Other locations are much farther away for me. The problems I've experienced have never been fixed by management. There are problems with getting the correct food order. Problems getting trapped in the drive thru exit for more than a couple of minutes. Being given a sugar coke after requesting a diet coke (because I'm a diabetic. Usually I have driven off and dont have time to go back. So then I dont have a drinkable drink. Once in a while I go back in the drive thru but not always given a diet coke even then) Normally I don't return the food in a wrong order but I just wasn't going to eat what had been given to me and the price of what I paid for was $3 more. And when I went inside the atmosphere was chaotic. There was a long line at the kiosk where an employee was helping people use it. No one was standing in line at the counter. No employee was at the counter. Anyway I found a manager talking to another employee and had to wait 5+ minutes for help. And even then mo acknowledgement for my wait, no pleasant demeanor, no acknowledgement about having given me the wrong food or having to wait so long. I dont need an apology because everyone makes a mistake once in a while at a minimun. He did say have a good day at the end. Getting caught in the drive thru without being able to exit for 5+ minutes is too long. Normally I am okay waiting 1-2 mins. I believe an employee or manager should be able to go out there and direct traffic. The fact that they don't address it after the two years I've experienced it tells a lot about mgmt there. Inside atmosphere is chaotic. That location gets a lot of business due to its location being near the army base and the only McD for a distance. Going north 30 minutes is one location and going south about 15 min drive is another location. Common courtesy and common sense is lacking at this location. I see responses to other complaints here by Mcdonalds saying click on link. However, I've done that in the drive thru and in person and I know through experience you are not going to help.

I made an online order, I ordered 6 items. They were small items, but when I received my order I noticed I was missing something. It was only a $3 item so I didn’t care. I ordered an iced coffee, just finished it and there was plastic in it? That’s disgusting. I thought it was an ice cube til I took it out. I get being busy so you rush so I don’t care about the missing food but plastic is actually disgusting.
