I was confused by the lack of knowledge every employee had about the products and basic knowledge of how the register works, etc. They sold us a drink, knowing they didn’t have the product to make it, and seemed annoyed at my frustration and uncertainty of what other drink to choose. It’s a cute cafe, but definitely needs some better instruction.

Tired of the big chain coffee houses? Nirvanas is indeed heavenly.
Be prepared to pay $8 plus per drink. I consider the drinks here tastier and stronger than Starbucks. The beverages are made well and it's very clean inside. The employees could be better at acknowledging customers but they're polite when they do help.

I used to prefer this coffee shop to the others in the area, but it’s gone down hill in the last year or so. Drinks and burritos are still good but you’ll wait forever for them and it’s hard to get the attention of the staff. The pre-made pastries have been consistent since they opened (very oily).Customer service is what’s changed. I used to be able to get through the drive though for a drink and burrito in less than ten minutes. The last three times the same visit took 25+ minutes with no cars ahead of me. Twice one of the staff members were rude when I asked for a time estimate.I’m sad that this once well run shop has lost both “fast” and “friendly”

Nirvana’s Cup of Joe is OUTSTANDING! With a dozen or more coffee shops in the area, “Cup of Joe” is a #1 stand out. The staff are friendly, professional, and are knowledgeable about drinks - be it coffee, tea, smoothies, flavored drinks, or whatever is your desire. ?A big stand-out is their cleanliness. Spotlessly clean, well stocked, and pristine shop! And … their burritos are HUGE and a highlight for breakfast & lunch. And then there is the drive through - convenient & quick too.5-star ++ !!!
