Best burger joint in town! They have creative twists with lots of options. The burgers are well balanced cooked perfectly and you always feel like you have too many choices that are good! The owner really cares about your experience and acknowledges that you’re hard earned money should be respected and isn’t lost on him that your spending it there willingly. He gives you fair pricing and also creative catering options/pricing. You’ll leave here happy and full for sure.

My burger was tasty but my fries were greasy and slightly raw. Compared to some of the other places in town, the burger meal was a little high. The service was really nice and friendly.

Service was awesome as always, however the food was not what it has been on other visits. The fresh cut fries were anything but.. completely soaked in oil, wimpy and that disgusting dark color. The Ono burger barely had any pineapple, taking away from its flavor and design.

Everything was delicious, service was friendly, and even the owner came out to talk with us. He shared some new creations hes been creating and everything he brought out was phenomenal. When the chef and owner is this passionate about food you know its gonna be a good place. 10/10 highly recommend!

We now refer to this place as “The Pit”. We waited a long time to try it, as reviews were mixed. The fries were a disgusting dark brown color, FULL of oil, and SOGGY. The inside of the fries were not even cooked. The amount of oil I tasted in every bite (which was too many) stayed with me the rest of the day and made me feel ill a few hours later. I ordered my burger medium and it was given to me medium rare, almost raw. I ate about half of it only because I was hungry and didn’t eat breakfast that day. The word “gourmet” in the name of their restaurant is extremely dishonest. I should have taken pictures but I left my phone in my car. I would rather eat any fast-food “dollar menu” item than to ever eat at that place again. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business. Only recommend this place to people you hate.

Went there with a large party and we got the back room to ourselves. The food was tasty and came out very quickly, and the service was great!
Hands down the BEST burger in SV AND the best deal you'll find! All-inclusive pricing, options, flavors, great service...seriously you don't get better than Pit Stop. I take all our out-of-town friends here and they always leave impressed. Big Mike makes magic in that kitchen!

We visited for the first time Sunday afternoon and was quite pleased. Great burgers and fries. They have a wide variety of burgers, sandwiches, steaks, sides. The waiter checked on us several times. The owner Big Mike came by and asked about our food and talked to us as well. The homemade butterscotch cake was phenomenal!
