The food is poorly prepared. The rice from the rice and beans are hard and undercooked. The beans taste as if they are seasoned with just salt; and a lot of it. Chicken is basic. Not the greatest. Service and atmosphere are good.

I love Popeye I think that their food is very good but one issue i have it the drive thru. Everytime I go through their drive thru it take FOREVER. I don't know why the service inside is faster but the drive thru takes awhile even if there's barely any cars.
