I ordered the famous macha frappé, and the strawberry on top looked like yogurt. I also ordered a medium-hot white chocolate (no coffee). I told him it was for a kid. They gave me mocha with coffee. If he hadn't tried it, he would have had an anxiety attack. They don't know how to make things here.

used to love going to this location out of all the three locations in this town and now i hate it. i get it, starbucks baristas are known for disliking their job but everytime the really short girl w short brown hair takes my order she acts like i slapped her in the face when im just ordering ONE simple drink. or will make comments on how many food items youre getting. definitely confirmed for me that ill drive to safeway which is the one farthest away from me because all the girls there make the drinks GOOD and have good customer service and won’t judge you for the food items youre getting.

If my review were based on the staff it would be a strong 5 stars. These baristas work VERY hard. They make the best coffee and consistently. However, my low rating is based on the fact that the owner chooses to operate with low staffing. This translates to LONG wait times and exasperated staff that I witness running around like crazy trying to fill orders both in person and drive up. Many times there is only 1 barista working. If your lucky there will be 2 working. As a customer this tells me that this corporation places little value on the customer experience. Hire and schedule more staff!!!

I ordered a coffee with extra cream, sugar and flavorings and paid the extra for it. It was not fixed correctly and when I took it back, they did not fix it, instead gave me a small cup with the sauce in it and a straw to stir it for me to fix it myself, only I couldn’t add it because there was no where to dump the coffee that was already up to the rim. I ended up throwing it in the trash right there at the pickup spot. What a waste of money.

I went to the Starbucks in fry’s and they looked like they didn’t want to be there and kind of made me feel bad for making them be there but then I went to the Starbucks in target and Chalise greeted me with a smile and made it feel like she was actually happy to see me there. I will be going back to this Starbucks over the one in fry’s
